Corporate strategy

Corporate plan

Our statutory corporate plan is updated annually. It sets out high-level objectives, key performance targets and financial resources to deliver the strategic outcomes in Creating a better place (our 5-year Corporate Strategy).

Corporate scorecard

Our Corporate scorecard is a set of 41 measures that show how we're performing against the aims in our Corporate strategy. For every We will know we are succeeding when statement within the strategy we have a measure, so we know if we're on track to achieve our aims and outcomes.

Our Corporate scorecard is reported every three months after the end of each financial quarter. It will be presented by theme and shows our progress in delivering our key environmental and business outcomes.

The Corporate scorecard has been updated to show the performance from the first quarter of 2010 (April- June 2010). You can now see how we're performing in each individual measure and how we're performing against our new Corporate strategy, Creating a better place 2010-2015.

Our vision for the future, including the environmental improvements we are striving for, the changes we seek to bring about and the risks and problems we want to prevent and overcome.
