Do I need to register?

Am I a carrier, a broker or a dealer?

Depending on your activity you may need to register as either a carrier/dealer or broker/dealer or carrier/broker dealer. Check the definitions to work out which category applies to your activities.

Am I upper or lower tier?

A slightly different registration process applies depending on whether you are classified as upper tier (UT) or lower tier (LT).
