Accessing the CRC Registry

Register as a participant, make an information disclosure and amend contact details for the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme, previously known as the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC).

As a CRC Participant you can log into your account here and do the following:

  • Edit contact details of the Primary Member, Overseas Parent, and Significant Group Undertakings;
  • Change the Primary Member/Compliance Account Holder for your CRC account;
  • Inform us of a Designated Change. You can read about what classifies as a Designated Change in the following guidance:

System security

Please ensure that you keep your Government Gateway and CRC registration details safe, to avoid your details being used for fraudulent activity. Please also be aware of phishing scams which are typically carried out by email or instant messaging, often directing users to enter details at a fake website which looks almost identical to the legitimate one.

If you believe that you have been a victim of fraudulent activity with regard to the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme please notify the relevant authorities and contact us by email or call 08708 506 506.

What do I need to do before using the CRC Registry?

Before entering the registry, please ensure that you have read all the relevant guidance on the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme. Please also ensure that you have read and understood the following:

We have published lists of CRC registrants below, to show the progress of the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme. These lists will be updated on a regular basis.

The information comes from the data inputted into the CRC Registry by the registrants and is published in line with the requirements of the Freedom of Information and the Data Protection Acts.
