About ncpms

Through ncpms we offer a project management service which draws on the technical expertise and experience of teams located across England and Wales. The ncpms staff work in a range of disciplines to help us achieve better flood risk management, as well as working on other capital programmes such as waterways and water resources.

The ncpms team ensures that we build flood defences efficiently and effectively, and helps to protect and improve the environment through its work. It manages projects throughout their lifecycle: from initial strategic planning through to implementation and achieving the final result.

Current magazine

Current magazine is produced jointly by ncpms and our National Engineering Consultancy Agreement (NEECA2), National Contractors Framework (NCF2) and National Cost Managment Framework (NCMF) partners. It is an informative newsletter, mixing articles that highlight good practice and innovation with the latest news and in-depth features.

It is also designed to connect our partners with the Environment Agency's aims and objectives and celebrate the hard work and achievements of staff working within the frameworks.
