CIS Graduate Development Programme

The Corporate Information Service (CIS) Graduate Development Programme strikes an ideal balance, being tailored to your individual needs and those of CIS.

Over the course of two years, you’ll carry out four six-month assignments in core areas of CIS. In each assignment, you'll build key skills, essential for your career. These will include project management, presentation, business writing and influencing. You may even have the opportunity to study for a professional qualification.

Your development is very important to us. You’ll be paired with a mentor who’ll support you for the full two years of the programme. During each assignment, your line manager will oversee your day-to-day tasks and activities, and ensure your work is contributing to your progression. Once you’ve completed the programme, you’ll be ready to apply for a range of roles within CIS and the wider organisation.

Rewards and benefits

Your starting salary will be £22,478 per annum with 25 days holiday entitlement.
