We consult the public on certain applications by publicising on our website. To find an advert that you would like to comment on please select the first letter of the postcode of the site you are interested in. For example: If the site postcode is S9 4WF, select the S link.

This links to an advert which gives more information about the application. It will tell you how and when you need to comment by.

Draft decisions

We also consult on some draft decisions about applications including IPPC Directive installations.

Final permit decision

Each month we publish a list that contains all the final permit decisions that we have made on applications for environmental permits for the previous month.
